JOB TITLE: Prep Cook and Dishwasher
REPORTS TO: Dining Manager
HOURS: 11am – 8pm – Tuesday - Saturday with flexibility to work holidays and seasonal parties
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for working with Dining Manager to develop menus for residents, following menus and recipes to cook all meals, preparing food for parties, celebrations and special occasions, and adhering to all health department rules. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position, one must exercise creativity and ensure that food is delicious, appetizing and visually appealing in each dining venue.
